<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />If the final plat is approved by the City Council, the subdivider shall <br /> <br />record it with the county recorder or registrar of titles within sixty (60) <br /> <br />days after the date of approval; otherwise, the approval ofthe final plat <br /> <br />shall be considered void. In the event that the plat is disapproved, the <br /> <br />grounds for such disapproval must be reported in proceedings of the <br /> <br />Council and be duly transmitted to the applicant. <br /> <br />B. The subdivider shall, immediately upon recording, furnish the city <br /> <br />administrator with a tracing and three (3) prints of the final plat <br /> <br />showing evidence of the recording. <br /> <br />1120.02 Necessary Data. <br /> <br />Subd. I General. The final plat shall be prepared by a registered surveyor and shall <br /> <br />conform to all state and county requirements and the requirements of this section. AIl <br /> <br />information required on the preliminary plan, except that contained in Subsection <br /> <br />1 I I 0.02 D, and topographic data and zoning information, shall be accurately shown. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Additional Delineation. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The final plats shall include accurate angular and lineal dimensions for <br /> <br />all lines, angles and curvatures used to describe boundaries, streets, <br /> <br />11 - 21 <br />Public Hearing Draft <br />
