<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-41 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION <br />FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT <br />FOR SPORTSPHERE FOUNDATION at BETHEL COLLEGE <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the City Council hereby approves the <br />application for authorization to conduct a one day exempt charitable gambling raffle activity at <br />the Hargis Park Stadium at Bethel College at the conclusion of a Sportsphere Foundation <br />baseball tournament to be held August 18, 2002. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves the application with no <br />waiting period. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 12th DAY OF AUGUST, 2002. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOE LYNCH, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
