<br />. 1. Grant of Easement. A permanent easement for drainage and utility purposes over <br />the west 6 feet of Parcel A and over the east 6 feet of Parcel B, and an easement for drainage and <br />utility purposes over the east 5 feet of Parcel A and over the west 5 feet of Parcel B. <br /> <br />2. Restrictions on Use. This drainage and utility easement, the normal maintenance, <br />care, cleanup and preservation of the easement shall be the exclusive right and obligation of <br />Modesettes. Any damage done to the property by the City or any entity providing utility <br />services, in the installation, repair or maintenance of this drainage and utility easement must be <br />repaired by the City or said utility company. <br /> <br />3. Binding Effect.
