COST OF SERVICES It is recognized that some of the tasks identified in this work program may be modified or deferred to at a latter phase of work. The following cost estimate includes the total team costs by phase. Phase 1: $142,152 Phase 2: $18,160 Phase 3: $176,090 Phase 4: $79,595 Phase 5: $67,780 Total: $483,777 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES DSU will be reimbursed for all direct expenses relating to the professional services described above, according to the attached Standard Rate Schedule. These expenses may include drafting and art supplies, mileage, postage, delivery charges, photography and reproduction charges, fax, long distance phone, and other typical and normal expenses associated with this type of planning work. Any unusual or large expenses will be approved in advance. Total reimbursable expenses are estimated between $12,000-15,000. BII~LING All costs incurred ",ill be payable to the Consultant upon receipt of an invoice showing the work completed and the cost of said work. To each invoice not paid within thirty (30) days shall be added a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month for each month delinquent as per attached billing policy. ADDITIONAL SERVICES Service requested in addition to those listed in this agreement will be provided for a price to be negotiated. The Consultant Team shall not complete any additional work without the prior approval of the City. TERMINATION This contract may be terminated with thirty (30) days written notice by either party. ln the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Consultant for the work completed and expenses incurred to that point.
