The words "Protective Covenants" shall mean <br /> <br />contracts entered into between private parties and constitute a restriction on the, use of <br /> <br />all private property within a subdivision for the benefit ofthe property owners, and to <br /> <br />provide mutual protection against undesirable aspects of development which would <br /> <br />tend to impair stability of values. <br /> <br />Subd. 12 Setback Line, Building. The words "Setback Line, Building" shall mean a <br /> <br />required open space on a lot, which space is unoccupied and unobstructed by a <br /> <br />structure from its lowest ground level to the sky, except as expressly permitted in this <br /> <br />chapter and other City ordinances. <br /> <br />Subd. 13 Streets. The word "Streets" shall mean a public way for the conveyance of <br /> <br />vehicular and pedestrian traffic, whether designated as a street, highway, <br /> <br />thoroughfare, parkway, throughway, road, avenue, lane, place or however otherwise <br /> <br />designated. <br /> <br />1'..
