<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Chapter 11 Subdivisions <br /> <br />Subd.6 Minimum Subdivision Design Standards. The words "Minimum Subdivision <br /> <br />Design Standards" shall mean the guides, principles and specifications for the <br /> <br />preparation of subdivision plans indicating, among other things, the minimum and <br /> <br />maximum dimensions of the various elements set forth in the preliminary plan. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Owner. The word "Owner" shall mean any individnal, firm, association, <br /> <br />syndicate, copartnership, corporation, trust or any other legal entity having sufficient <br /> <br />proprietary interest in the land sought to be subdivided to commence and maintain <br /> <br />proceedings to subdivide the same under this chapter. <br /> <br />Subd. 8 Pedestrian Way. The words "Pedestrian Way" shall mean a way, public or <br /> <br />private, running across or located within a block for use by pedestrian traffic, whether <br /> <br />designated as a "Pedestrian Way," crosswalk or however otherwise designated. <br /> <br />Subd. 9 Planning Commission. The words "Planning Commission" shall mean the <br /> <br />person or persons designated by the City Council to advise it on planning matters. <br /> <br />Subd.l0 Preliminary Plan. The words "Preliminary Plan" shall mean the preliminary <br /> <br />map, drawing or chart indicating the proposed layout of the subdivision to be <br /> <br />submitted to the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br />11- 4 <br />Public Hearing Draft <br />
