<br />. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Coordinate negotiations with state and federal regulators to <br />determine remediation standards which are acceptable to the <br />parties. <br /> <br />b. Ascertain the status of the Army's remediation efforts and <br />coordinate negotiations with the Army for the transfer of <br />remediation responsibility if deemed necessary or appropriate <br />by the parties. <br /> <br />c. Compile feasibility study encompassing environmental, <br />demolition, infrastructure, market and open space issues. <br /> <br />d. Work with insurance carriers to manage environmental risks <br />and costs through specific pollution liability policies, and in a <br />manner that does not expose the City to future environmental <br />clean-up costs. <br /> <br />e. Coordinate financial arrangements and insurance liability to <br />maximize financing feasibility for redevelopment. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />City Oblhmtions. City shall provide Developer with environmental <br />data which City has for the AH Redevelopment Area or which may <br />be developed as part of the preparation of the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />C. Preparation of Land Use and Infrastructure Plan. <br /> <br />1. Developer Oblil!:ations. Developer shall accomplish the following <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Collect and analyze site data including: <br /> <br />(1) TCAAP Site information sources to identify existing <br />conditions. <br /> <br />(2) Building inspection and infrastructure systems <br />surveys, including location, verification, inventory, <br />and TCAAP Site condition evaluations. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Research and field investigation results to identify <br />system conditions, capacities and constraining <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
