Formulate and implement strategy to ensure support of <br />Minnesota's Congressional Delegation. <br /> <br />e. Advise the City of the status of all negotiations with various <br />agencies and parties through regular progress reports. <br /> <br />2. City Obli!mtions. The City shall accomplish the following tasks: <br /> <br />a. Participate in negotiations and review and comment,-in--a <br />timely manner, on agreements proposed as a result of the <br />cOlnflletion of Dovoloper Obligations pHfSliant to Hl(}.)(l) <br />on anv nronosed al!reements. <br /> <br />b. Advise the Developer of the status of all negotiations with <br />various agencies and parties through regular progress reports. <br /> <br />Environmental Analvsis of TCA.AP Sitethe AH Redevelonment Area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1. Developer Obli!mtions. Developer shall accomplish the following <br />tasks: <br /> <br />a. Coordinate negotiations with state and federal regulators to <br />determine remediation standards which are acceptable to the <br />parties. <br /> <br />b. Ascertain the status of the Army's remediation efforts and <br />coordinate negotiations with the Army for the transfer of <br />remediation responsibility if deemed necessary or appropriate <br />by the parties. <br /> <br />c. Compile feasibility study encompassing environmental, <br />demolition, infrastructure, market and open space issues. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Work with insurance carriers to manage environmental risks <br />and costs through specific pollution liability policies, and in a <br />manner that does not expose the City to future environmental <br />clean-up costs. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
