Retain the University of Minnesota Design <br />Center for the American Urban Landscape to conduct <br />community meetings regarding the reuse of the TC\.AJ> <br />SiteAH Redevelonment Area. <br /> <br />e. Analvtical Data. Review and comment on data collected and <br />analyzed by Developer. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Disposition and Development Al!reement. <br /> <br />1. Exclusive Ril!ht to Nel!otiate. During the term of this Interim <br />Agreement, Developer shall have the exclusive right to negotiate <br />with the City regarding the acquisition and development of the <br />TC^v\P SitoAH Redevelonmeut Area or any portion thereof. City <br />shall not solicit or entertain bids or proposals from third parties in <br />regard to disposition and development of any portion of the TCI.AP <br />SiteAH Redevelonment Area without prior written consent of the <br />Developer. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Developer PartieipatioH. The parties aRtioipate that ooring the term <br />of this Interim Agreement, communieations and negotiations with <br />the "^J1'IT)', GSA, IlRd other third parties may take place concerning <br />the acquisition of the TC\AP Site and necessary appF6yals for any <br />proposed project. Developer shall be entitled to partieipate in sHch <br />discllssions llnless any said third party objects to the participation by <br />the Developer; or it is legally inappropriate f0r the De'/elOfler to <br />participate in the disCllSsions or negotiations takiHg place in a <br />closed session of a Pllblic agency. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6 <br />
