<br />Memorandum <br />September 4, 2002 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Funding <br /> <br />Possible funding for any improvements could be funded by assessments to the property owners adjacent <br />to Karth Lake, the Storm Water Utility Fund or by a combination of both, <br /> <br />Coordination <br /> <br />As mentioned previously Karth Lake is a DNRjurisdictionallake and located within the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District.
