These elms are growing in and through the fence and are in potential danger of
falling apart (due to the internal decay). They are also a hazard because many of these
elms don't have any support roots along the concrete edge of the ditch,

)

The remaining trees on the property are Boxelder; Siberian Elm, and Willow. They are
either young (weedy) or over grown and are a haza~d, They have notbeen maintained at
all as far I can tell. These trees are considered weed trees (volunteer trees}.

~

In my professional opinion, ,the s~tely and future aesthetic value of the property demands
an entire renovation of plant material. I am recommending several replacement options.
These trees include River BirCh, Thornless Honeytocust, American Linden, and Austrian
,Pine. These tree~ are fairly f..st gr~wing and can grow well in the most soils. These new
trees can then be slrategiqJly placed for the maximUm benefit of shade, visual and sound
barrier from the existing surroundings,

Please contact me 'with questions,or concems'at 952-252-0526,

Sincerely,

ffi b ", "
. t,Z( .
