<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2002 <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested no changes. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson requested the following changes: August 12, 2002 <br />Council Meeting Minutes, page 7, 5th paragraph should read: Ms. Thompson <br />stated they had reevaluated these priorities, and felt that based on the needs and <br />usage of Perry Park, it paFk should be addressed first. <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested no changes. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem requested no changes. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst requested the following changes: August 19, 2002 Council Work <br />Session, page 1, under 2A, second paragraph should read: Representative <br />McCollum's assistant said the sum property, minus 276 acres, which is licensed to <br />National Guard, left 774 acres of which 113 acres is Ramsey County Parks, <br />leaving 661 acres for Title 10 for the full early transfer process. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Aplikowski moved and Council Member Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the August 12, 2002 Council Meeting <br />Minutes and August 19, 2002 Council Work Session Minutes as <br />amended, and August 26, 2002 Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br />B. Generator/City Hall FINAL <br /> <br />Council Member Rem requested the Miracle Recreation Equipment Co., Twenty <br />6' park benches for Parks & Trails be pulled from the Consent Calendar and <br />moved to item A.5. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Grant seconded <br />a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). . <br />
