Residential property owners <br />are assessed an annual fee to support this program. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends the City Council approve Resolution No. 02-53, A Resolution Establishing the <br />2003 Service Fee for Residential Curbside Recycling Program. <br />
