The undersigned acknowledges that she/he <br />understands that before this request can be considered, all required inforrnation and fees (including all <br />deposits) must be paid to the City in advance. If additional fees are requimd to cover costs incurred by <br />the City, the City Pianner has the right to require additional paymenl from one or more of the <br />undersigned, who shall be jointly liable for such fees. Such expenses may Il1clude (but are not limited to) <br />direct city payroll and overhead costs, fees paid to consultants and other I'rofessionals, and the cost of <br />printing, mailing and supplies. The City may withhold final action on a land IIse application and/or rescind <br />prior action until all miscellaneous fees have been paid. Applicants are adv sed that an escrow deposit is <br />required at the time of the submittai of the Land Use Application to off, et costs associated with the <br />proposed project. <br /> <br />Required Submittal Information <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills requires the submittal of a certified land survey and site plan(s) for all development <br />projects in the City. True and accurate representation of the requirement.; outlined in the procedural <br />form for the specified type of request is the responsibility of the applicant. The City requires three <br />(3) large scale copies, folded in sets no larger than 8 %" x 14" with the prinl side facing out plus twenty- <br />five (25) copies of 11" x 17" reductions of all plans. Mailing labels of alll"roperties within 350 feet of <br />the property are required with this application. This information may be obt,3ined from Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Completellncomplete Applications <br /> <br />An incomplete application will delay the processing of land use requests. rhe application approval time <br />commences and an application is considered officially filed when the Ciiy Planner has received and <br />examined the application and determined that the application is complek. The decision whether the <br />application is compiete or incomplete shall be made within ten (10) busines.; days following the submittal <br />of the application. When the application is deemed to be "complete" it shall be placed on the agenda of <br />the first possible Planning Commission meeting occurring at least thirty (30 I days from the date of official <br />submission of the application. <br /> <br />Page 2 on <br />
