<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-61 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />REVOKING COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAYS/MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br />FERNWOOD A VENUE FROM COUNTY ROAD F TO LEXINGTON (.64 MILES). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that <br />the road hereinafter described, shall be revoked as a Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provisions of Minnesota Law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, that the road described as followed, to-wit: <br /> <br />Fernwood Avenue from County Road F to Lexington Avenue (.64 miles) <br /> <br />be, and hereby is, revOked as a Municipal State Aid Street of said City, subject to the approval of <br />the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his <br />consideration. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council this 25th day of November, 2002. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOE LYNCH, CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
