This document would be executed by both <br />parties. Given the Connty's time constraints, staff is working to have a mutually acceptable <br />agreement prepared for the Council's December 16th Worksession and Special City Conncil <br />meeting. For reference, the l'TRC considered this item at their November 27, 2002 meeting. <br />The l'TRC voted to recommend approval of the proposed park plall amendment.
