Additional information should include an analysis of all possible locations <br />that a garden shed could be placed on the property and why the variances are necessary if <br />there are alternate locations. Other items to include for the requested additional . <br />information should be a more specific explanation of the hardship necessitating that the <br />shed be placed in the proposed location, and also what are the unique characteristics of <br />your property which cause the need for a variance. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will review your application (with the additional information) <br />at their next meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2002 at 7:00 p.rn, in the City of <br />Arden Hills Council Chambers, 1245 Highway 96. Please be present at this meeting to <br />answer any questions that the Commissioners may have. In addition, if the Planning <br />Commission makes a recommendation regarding this proposal it would be heard by the <br />City Council at their Special Meeting on December 16,2002. <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on October 9, <br />2002. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City must act on this request by December <br />8,2002 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an <br />additional 60 day review period, The city may with the petitioner's consent extend the <br />rcview period beyond the 120 days. <br /> <br />Please note that because this case was tabled for additional information it will be <br />necessarv to extend the review period from 60 davs to 120 davs so that this case may be <br />heard by the Council at their Special Meeting on December 16, 2002 while remaining <br />compliant with Minnesota State Statue. <br /> <br />The following reasons necessitate extension of the review period from 60 days to 120 <br />days: <br /> <br />. <br />
