Without an extension of the review period the case could not proceed through <br />the necessary meetings to have a decision on the application before the 60 day <br />deadline. The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for December <br />4, 2002 and the first City Council meeting following that date is scheduled for <br />December 9, 2002. <br /> <br />Please note that an extension of the review period does not mean that the case will <br />necessarily take 120 days to reach a decision, however it does establish the maximum <br />amount of time the City has to review the case without seeking the applicant's approval <br />to extend beyond the 120 days.
