<br />. <br /> <br />Description of Request (also include a lelter explaioed the project: <br /> <br />'fRAMM BUILDERS & REALTORS, LLC is desiring to secure a building <br />permit for the construction of an office building. Said building <br />shall consist of six office units and shall be formatted as an office <br />condominiUlll. This request is being submitted under the guidelines <br />for a Planned Unit Development. Design of building was formulated to <br />concur to the requirements of the Neighborhood Business Zoning. <br /> <br />Filina Reauirem_nts and Payment of Fees <br /> <br />The City requests that you make a pre-application meeting with the City Planner \0 discuss the <br />application process, requirements and deadlines. The. undersigned acknowledges that ehelhe <br />understands that before this request can be <;QIl$idered, all required information and fees (InclUding IlII <br />deposits) must be paid to the City in advance. If additional fees are required to cover costs incuned by <br />the City, the City Planner has the tight to require additional payment from one or more of the <br />undersigned, who shall be jointly liable for such fees. Such expenses may indude (but IIt't'l not limtted to) <br />direct city payroll and overhead costs, fees paid 10 consultants and other professionals, and the cost of <br />printing, mailing and supplies. The City may withhold flllal action on a land use application and/or re$Cind <br />prior actioo unta all miscellaneous fees have been paid. Applicants are advised that an escrow deposit is <br />required at th. time of the submittal of the Land Use Application to offset costs associated with the <br />proposed prvject. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Reauired Submittal I nfonn ation <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills requires the submitll'll of a certified land survey and site plan(s) for an develQpment <br />projects in the City. True and accutato representation of the requirements outlined in the procedural <br />form lor the speciTlIld type of request is the responsibility of the appllcanl The City requires five <br />(5) large scale copiee. !QI(led in sets no larger than 8 12" x 14" with the print side facing out plus fifty (SO) <br />copies of 11" x 17- reductions of all plans. Mailing labels of all properties within 350 flltt of the <br />property are required with this application. The decision whether the ..- <br />application is complete or incomplete shall be made within ten (10) business days following the submittal <br />of the application.
