<br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 4,2002 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chair Sand called the meeting to order at 7:05 p,m, <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were Commissioners Ken Bezdicek, Terri Duchenes, Megan Ricke, Clayton <br />Zimmerman, and Chair David Sand, <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Cathy Smithknecht. <br /> <br />Also present were Council Member Beverly Aplikowski, Council Member Lois Rem, <br />Director of Community Services Aaron Parrish, City Planner Peter Hellegers, and <br />Recording Secretary Kathleen Altman, <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON <br />NOVEMBER 6. 2002. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman requested the following changes: Page 2, first full paragraph . <br />change inherit to inherent. Page 4, 8th paragraph change considering to considered. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Ricke to approve the <br />November 6,2002 minutes as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />PLANNING CASE #02-32 - TRAMM BUILDERS AND REALTORS. 3585 LEXINGTON <br />AVENUE NORTH, MASTER AND FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />Chair Sand opened the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />Staff stated applicants were requesting a Master and Final Planned Unit Development <br />approval to construct a six until office condo building at the corner of County Road E-2 <br />and Cleveland Avenue, Staff reviewed their report dated November 26, 2002 and <br />recommended approval of the Master and Final Plauned Unit Development subject to <br />conditions as outlined in their report. <br /> <br />There were no comments made for or against the Master and Final Planned Unit <br />Development. <br /> <br />Chair Sand closed the public hearing at 7:12 p,m. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman asked what was shake style siding. <br />
