<br />Memo to Planning Commission <br />Planning Case #02-33 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #02-33, staff recommends that the application for an Amendment to the <br />Planned Unit Development be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
