One for Liquid Nitrogen and <br />the other for Gaseous Nitrogen. <br /> <br />We are a contract Manufacturer of electronic printed circuit boards. Our Customer base changes quite <br />frequently. A most recent customer's requirements will double both our liquid and gaseous Nitrogen <br />usage to process their boards. This will constitute an increase in both liquid and gaseous nitrogen. To <br />accommodate this Manufacturers' SelVices is proposing: <br /> <br />1 . Removing our smaller 1, 500 gallon tank from our s~e, (Picture #1 ) <br /> <br />2. Moving our larger 3,000 gallon tank to the spot that smaller tank was located. <br /> <br />3. Installing a horizontal 13,000-gallon tank in front of the 3,OOO-gallon tank and vaporizers. This <br />will allow us to have larger volumes of liquid/gas nitrogen delivered less frequenOy to our site. <br />We have chosen a horizontal tank over a vertical tank, as the vertical tank would tower over <br />the height of the building. The vaporizers are 23 feet high. The current screening is 16' high. <br />Screening will extend around the new area. <br /> <br />This last year deliveries have occurred 2.79 per week. Our expected usage will double once we are in <br />full production. If a larger tanks is not installed our deliveries would be daily with some 2-3 times per <br />day. <br /> <br />We appreciate the working relationship with the City of Arden Hills. We believe this proposed <br />opportunity solution will blend with the building and the surroundings. We would like to start this project <br />before the severe weather season.
