Draft Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey <br />County <br /> <br />Overview ' <br /> <br />Ramsey Countyis requesting that the City evaluate a proposed park master plan amendment to <br />the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Master Plan. In particular, it is necessary for the City to <br />make a finding that the proposed park plan amendment is consistent with the Arden Hills <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />Since the previous Council discussion on this item, the following has occurred: <br /> <br />Parks, Trails, and Recreation Committee and Planning Commission Review <br /> <br />Pursuant to Council direction, staff has presented the amendment to the PTRC and Planning <br />Commission. Both are recommending approval of the proposed amendment. Meeting minutes <br />for both meetings have been included for your reference. <br />
