<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 9, 2002 2 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City Administrator Lynch requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested the following changes: December 2, 2002 Truth <br />in Taxation Minutes, last motion, change the word top to "to". <br /> <br />Council Member Larson requested the following changes: None <br /> <br />Council Member Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Council Member Rem requested the following changes: November 25,2002, page <br />six, add, "John Hink clarified that the 20 day timeline for the City to express a <br />formal interest in the property would begin on December 8 and would end on <br />December 27, 2002". Page eight, first paragraph, after first sentence add: "He <br />explained that the City needed to run upgraded electrical service to this meter pit. <br />The City had two options to do this, either by overhead line on a pole across <br />County Road D or from underground service on the north side of the property. <br />The recommended option was the underground service. Page eight, first . <br />paragraph, change existing electric pole to "existing electric service", Change <br />next sentence to read: Since timing is an important factor in meter replacement <br />and the ground is beginning to freeze,... The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />3.
