The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />E. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated the Development Team met on November 26, 2002. The <br />Advisory Panel had its kick off meeting on November 19, 2002. He stated the <br />meeting provided the panel information about the site and planning process. He <br />stated staff had worked with the Development Team to amend the project budget <br />outlined in the interim development agreement. He stated staff was working with <br />Ramsey County regarding their proposed Park Master Plan Amendment (Wildlife <br />Corridor). He noted there was a letter sent by the Post Office to the GSA, <br />indicating their interest in an 82 acre parcel, where building 105 was located. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst stated he believed the Post Office interest was an issue that merited <br />significant discussion, and his personal view was that the City ought to oppose it, <br />based on the fact that this was not a use that fit with the Vento Master Plan. He <br />stated he did not believe a distribution center was the appropriate use for this area <br />and would not be in the City's best interest. He encouraged the future Council <br />take a strong stand against this proposal. <br /> <br />7. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />8. ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />A. 2003 Liquor License <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch presented a list of establishments in the City who were renewing their <br />liquor license for the 2003 licensing year. Staff was requesting the Council <br />approve all applicants. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve the 2003 Liquor <br />Licenses as submitted.
