<br />, \. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,e <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Held: August 20, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, met in regular session at <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of August, <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />1 <br />The following councilmembers were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Rauenhorst, Hicks, and Mulcahy; <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Councilmember Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-26(b) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON CONSOLIDATED <br />IMPROVEMENTS NO. SS-W-P-ST-84-1 AND SS-W-p-ST-84-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolutions passed by the City Council on <br /> <br /> <br />July 30, 1984 and August 20, 1984, the City Consulting Engineers <br /> <br />have prepared plans and specifications for Consolidated <br /> <br />Improvements No. SS-W-P-ST-84-1 and SS-W-P-ST-84-3 and have pre- <br /> <br />sented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />-e <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br /> <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />
