The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on July 30, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official <br />newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications shall be a <br />week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
