<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-p-ST-84-l <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway <br />96, in said City, on the 30th day of July, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-84-l, including all that property in the City of Arden <br />Hills on the south 1800 feet of the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 <br />of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 (Royal Hills North Plat) by <br />the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, aggregate base, <br />bituminous street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, right <br />of way acquisition and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering <br />report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$432,000.
