<br />\ <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to <br />whether such improvement should best be made as pro- <br />posed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />The preliminary report and cost estimate have been <br />submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby <br />approved and directed to be placed on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement propos- <br />ed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. SS-83-6. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet April 23, 1984 at the City <br />Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hear- <br />ing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to <br />the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and <br />the Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and direct- <br />ed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of <br />that meeting to be published twice in the official news- <br />paper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications shall <br />be a week apart, and the second publication shall not <br />be less than three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />3.
