SS-83-6 <br />CITY OR ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on the 23rd day of April, 1984, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a pUblic hearing pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- <br />ment No. SS-83-6 to that portion of the City of Arden Hills <br />lying North of 1-694 by the construction of trunk sanitary <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances from Sewage Pumping Station <br />No. 10 southerly to 1-694, then westerly to 1-35W just north <br />of its intersection with 1-694 and then to the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission Interceptor located near 1-35W in <br />New Brighton. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and <br />open to pUblic inspection in the office of the City Clerk Ad- <br />ministrator. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$580,000. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />That portion of"the South 1/2 of Section 21,T. 30, <br />R. 23, in Ramsey County, Minnesota lying north of <br />the Interstate-694 right of way, east of the Inter- <br />state 1-35W right of way and west of County State Aid <br />Highway No. 76 (old Highway 10) right of way. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: March 26, 1984. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />City Clerk Administrator <br />
