<br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The date for receipt and opening of bids on Improvement <br /> <br />No. W-83-4 shall be postponed until 2:00 p.m. on November 30, <br /> <br /> <br />~ 1983, at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall <br /> <br />by the City Clerk-Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, <br /> <br />will be tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by the <br /> <br />Council. No bids will .be considered unless sealed and filed with <br /> <br />the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a cash deposit, cer- <br /> <br />tified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk Administrator for <br /> <br />ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />2.
