<br />; <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 31st <br /> <br /> <br />day of October, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen McAllister, Hicks, Mulcahy and Christiansen~ and <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-62 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-83-4, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br /> <br />on July 25, 1983, the City Consulting Engineers have prepared <br /> <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. W-83-4 and have <br /> <br /> <br />presented such plans and specificai tons .to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br /> <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />. 2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />-~- <br />
