<br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. W-83-4 shall be published <br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be received by the City Clerk <br />Administrator until 2:00 o'clock p.m. on November 28, 1983, at <br />which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall by <br />the City Clerk Administrator and City Consulting Engineer, <br />will then be tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by <br />the Council, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Clerk Administrator and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Clerk <br />Administrator for ten percent (10%) of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All, and the <br /> <br />following voted against: None1 whereupon said resolution was <br /> <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />-2- <br />
