<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />7&1 J(: -7'/ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 25, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 25, <br />1986, commencing at 7:34 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Hicks, Hansen and Peck. <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />member Sather was absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Assistant City Attorney Plunkett, <br /> <br />Engineer Peters, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Deputy Clerk <br />Zehm and Clerk-Administrator McNiesh. <br /> <br />The Council was referred to a letter from Northdale <br /> <br />Construction Company, Inc., dated August 18, 1986, requesting <br />return of its bid bond and release from its contractual <br /> <br />obligations with respect to Combined Improvement Nos. SS-83-6 and <br /> <br />W-86-2 <br /> <br />(New Brighton Interceptor and Truhler Water), the <br /> <br />"Improvement". Engineer Peters pointed out that the Metropolitan <br /> <br />Council had authorized a budget revision and the Metropolitan <br />Waste Control Commission had awarded a bid on its sanitary <br />sewer/interceptor project. <br /> <br />The Council then focused on the Arden Tower (Vaughan) and <br /> <br />Naegele easement problems and Attorney Lynden's letters with <br />respect thereto, dated respectively August 14 and 21, 1986. The <br />Council discussed the possible deferment of the Improvement until <br /> <br />the required easements were obtained. Engineer Peters noted that <br />
