<br />. <br />r~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />Mailed Notice <br /> <br />4~ 8-02 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DISEASED TREE REMOVAL <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "City"), will meet in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of <br />Arden Hills, on Monday, September 8, 1986, at 8:40 o'clock p.m., <br />to hear, consider and pass upon any and all written or oral <br />objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed <br />special assessments for diseased tree removal. The proposed <br />assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by <br />all persons interested in the office of the City's Clerk- <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />The general nature of the improvement for <br />special assessments are to be levied is the City' s <br />diseased trees on the properties to be assessed. <br /> <br />which the <br />removal of <br /> <br />The total amount of the overall proposed assessment is <br />$ a. .!ill. .1.7 . <br /> <br />The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement <br />consists of the entirety of the City (i.e., all of the parcels of <br />land located within its boundaries). <br /> <br />Oral or written objections will be considered at the <br />hearing. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assess- <br />ment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the Clerk- <br />Administrator prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding <br />officer at the hearing. <br /> <br />An owner may appeal an assessment to district court <br />pursuant to Section 429.081 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, by <br />serving written notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk- <br />Administrator of the City within thirty (30) days after the <br />adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the <br />district court within ten (10) days after said service upon the <br />Mayor or Clerk-Administrator. <br /> <br />The City has no ordinances or resolutions allowing for the <br />deferment of special assessment payments. <br /> <br />The amount of the overall special assessment to be <br />specially assessed against the particular lot or parcel of land <br />(the "Parcel") owned by the person(s) to whom this Notice has <br />been mailed is $ The owner(s) so assessed may--within <br />
