NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR ROSEVILLE WATER CONNECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota (the "City"), will meet in the Council Chambers of the Clty Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in the City of Arden Hills, on Monday, September 8, 1986, at 8:35 o'clock p.m., to hear, consider and pass upon any and all written or oral objections which may be offered with respect to the proposed special assessments for the Roseville water connection. The proposed assessment roll is now on file and open to public inspection by all persons interested in the office of the City's Clerk-Administrator. The general nature of the improvement for which the assessments are to be levied is the connection of the properties to be assessed to the Roseville water system. The total amount of the overall proposed assessment is $113.92. The two properties proposed to be assessed for said improvement are: Roseville Terrace Plat 10 Ex W 10 FT Lot 3, Blk 21 and Unplatted Lands Subj. to Co Rd D the E 50 FT of W 549.5 FT of S 189.66 FT of SW 1/4 of Sec 33 Tn 30 Rn 23. Oral or written objections will be considered at the hearing. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the Clerk-Administrator prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing. An owner may appeal an assessment to district court pursuant to Section 429.081 of Minnesota Statutes, as amended, by serving written notice of the appeal upon the Mayor or Clerk-Administrator of the City within thirty (30) days after the adoption of the assessment and filing such notice with the district court within ten (10) days after said service upon the Mayor or Clerk-Administrator. . The City has no ordinances or resolutions allowing for the deferment of special assessment payments.
