<br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~6;, '" ..,.. <br />{. -""'"(/ <br /> <br />- <br />'..:;> ;...., <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 11, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, August 11, <br /> <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Hicks, Hansen, Peck and Sather. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Planner <br /> <br />Miller and Engineer Christoffersen. <br /> <br />The Council was referred to Clerk-Administrator MCNiesh's <br /> <br />memorandum of August 11, 1986 advising that easements have not as <br />yet been obtained from Naegele Outdoor Advertising Company, Inc. <br />and Arden Tower for Combined Improvement Nos. SS-83-6 and W-86-2. <br /> <br />As a consequence, Council member Hicks moved, seconded by Council <br /> <br />member Sather, that the Council reconsider Resolution No. 86-36, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR COMBINED IMPROVEMENT NOS. SS-83-6 AND <br /> <br />W-86-2 (NEW BRIGHTON INTERCEPTOR AND TRUHLER WATER). This motion <br /> <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />In discussion, Engineer Christoffersen noted that the <br /> <br />preconstruction meeting had been scheduled for the next day, <br />August 12, 1986, and that Northdale Construction Company, the <br />contractor, was counting on the work. He reported that although <br /> <br />it was known that some easements would be needed, the actual <br />
