The Member <br />Cities of the Commission include Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, <br />Lauderdale, Little ---Canada, Moundsview,New ---Bri9hton," --North <br />Oaks, Rosevil1e, St. Anthony and Shoreview, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "Member Cities"). <br /> <br />This proceeding involves the Commission's review, on <br />behalf of the Member Cities, of.. a ..request by GroupW<Cab1e, <br />Inc. ("Group W") and Group 11 ,Cable of the North.Central <br />Suburbs, Inc. to approve the transfer of Group W to a group <br />of five purchasers, Century Southwest Cable Television, Inc., <br />Comcast Cable Communications, Inc., Tele-Communications, <br />Inc., American Television and Communications, Inc. and Daniels <br />& Associates, Inc. (the "Buyers.) pursuant to a Purchase <br />Agreement dated as of December 23, 1985. <br />
