<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has accepted and approves the <br />findings, conclusions and recommendations of the City Engineer <br />contained in the Feasibility Report and thus deems the construc- <br />tion of the Water Tower to be necessary and in the public <br />interest, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT the Water Tower be <br />constructed and the City Engineer be authorized and directed to <br />prepare and to submit to the City Council in the reasonably near <br />future final plans and specifications for the Water Tower which <br />shall include, as alternatives, the construction of a 1 million <br />gallon water tower and a ll:> million gallon water tower. <br />Upon vote being taken on the motion for adoption made by <br />Council member Hicks and seconded by Council member Hansen, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Woodburn and Council <br />members Hicks and Hansen; and the following voted against the <br />same: Council members Sather and Peck; whereupon said Resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 5 - <br />
