<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\. <br /> <br />n-o 6'~- g <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />February 3, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 3, <br /> <br />1986 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Hansen, Hicks, Peck and Sather; the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh; <br /> <br />Engineers Christoffersen, Van Wormer and Barry Peters; Planner <br /> <br />Miller; Treasurer Lamb; and Public Works Supervisor Raddatz. <br /> <br />Engineer Peters clarified some inaccuracies which had <br /> <br />appeared in local publications concerning the estimated costs of <br /> <br />the proposed Hamline Avenue improvement. <br /> <br />He noted that the <br /> <br />project could take two forms--as a 46 foot wide roadway or a 36 <br />foot wide roadway h~th a sidewalk on the west side and a sidewalk <br /> <br />on the east side. He advised the Council that the estimated cost <br /> <br />of the 46 foot wide roadway improvement with surcharging and a <br /> <br />sidewalk on the west side was $997,000.00 and $1,015,200.00 if <br /> <br />the project in addition included a sidewalk on the east side. In <br /> <br />comparison, the 36 foot wide roadway plus surcharging and a <br />sidewalk on the west side would cost an estimated $886,800.00 and <br /> <br />with an additional sidewalk on the east side $905,000.00. <br />
