<br />.. <br /> <br />~;JhHu d"6-v <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />January 27, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, January 27, <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Council members Sather, Peck, Hansen and Hicks. Mayor Woodburn <br /> <br />was <br /> <br />absent. <br /> <br />Also <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />attendance <br /> <br />were <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineers <br /> <br />Christoffersen and Peters, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz. <br /> <br />Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, and Deputy Clerk Zehm. <br />City Engineer Peters referred the Council to his letter of <br /> <br />January 27, 1986 regarding the Edgewater Estates improvement in <br />which he advised the Council that 18 bids had been received by' <br /> <br />the City on January 23, 1986, the lowest three of which were <br /> <br />$193,667.35 (C. W. Houle), $202.325.84 (Annandale Sewer & Water), <br /> <br /> <br />and $202,367.36 (Channel Construction) --all substantially below <br /> <br />the City Engineer's estimate of $239,693.20. <br /> <br />Attached to the <br /> <br />letter was a summary of the bids received and a copy of the bid <br /> <br />tabulation. <br /> <br />Engineer Peters recommended that the contract be <br /> <br />tit awarded to C. W. Houle, Inc. <br />After discussion. Council member Hansen introduced and <br /> <br />moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />
