<br />~ <br /> <br />?;)---- ::;,--y <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />November 12, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br /> <br />Hall on Monday, November 12, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Council members Peck and Hansen. <br /> <br />Councilman Sather appeared <br /> <br />about 7:40 o'clock p.m. Councilman Hicks was absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Engineer Christoffersen, Planner <br /> <br />Miller, Treasurer Lamb, Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, Clerk- <br /> <br />Administrator McNiesh, and Deputy Clerk Zehm. <br />Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to the <br />November 8, 1985 feasibility report and the cost estimate (the <br />"Feasibility Report") for Hamline Avenue Improvement 85-3, Phase <br />II (Improving Hamline Avenue between Floral Drive and State Trunk <br /> <br />Highway No. 96), the "Improvement", and the attached drawing <br /> <br />showing the components of the Improvement. <br /> <br />He noted that the <br /> <br />total cost of the Improvement is estimated to be $877,000.00. He <br />recommended that the Improvement be constructed in two stages <br />because of soil conditions--Stage 1 to take place in 1986 and <br />Stage 2 in 1987, Stage 1 is to consist of the construction of a <br />. 24' bituminous surface, with temporary aggregate shoulder on each <br /> <br />side of Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Stage 2 is to consist of the <br /> <br />construction of curb and gutters, the remaining bituminous base <br />
