<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report for the Improvement has <br /> <br />been submitted to and considered by the Council, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Feasibility Report for the Improvement be <br />approved in the form submitted and be placed on <br />file in the office of the Clerk-Administrator <br />of the CitYl <br /> <br />2. The cost of the Improvement shall be paid from <br />M.S.A. funds and other sources of the CitYl and <br /> <br />3. The City Engineer be authorized and directed to <br />prepare and to submit to the City Council the <br />final plans and specifications for the Improve- <br />ment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Council member Hansen and, upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None 1 whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
