<br />. <br /> <br />--- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-33 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has reviewed the provisions <br /> <br />of an Extension of the Fire Protection Agreement between the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills and the Lake Johanna Volunteer Fire Department, Inc., which has been <br /> <br />dated the 29th day of June, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills City Council has determined that it <br /> <br />would be in the best interests of the City of Arden Hills to enter into <br /> <br />such an Agreement for Extension; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk of the <br />~ City of Arden Hills are hereby authorized to execute the attached Fire <br /> <br />Protection Agreement.
