<br />, <br /> <br />. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The City of Arden Hills does hereby concur with Ramsey County revoking the <br />"County Road" status of Stowe Avenue between New Brighton Road and Lake <br />Johanna Boulevard, and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to the City if <br />Arden Hills; <br /> <br />2. That the revocation of Stowe A venue will be effective the first day of the second <br />month following the date the County is in receipt of an adopted resolution from <br />the City of Arden Hills concurring with the County revoking the "County Road" <br />status of Stowe A venue between New Brighton Road and Lake Johanna <br />Boulevard and transferring jurisdiction over the roadway to the City of Arden <br />Hills; <br /> <br />3. That the County will pay to the City as just compensation for this jurisdiction <br />transfer, an estimated $100,000 (the total compensation is calculated from the <br />"County Road" reconstruction Cost Participation Policy, Resolution 9-1272, and <br />adjusted by Pavement Management System [(90 - Condition Rating)lCondition <br />Rating] * 1993 Condition Rating); <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />That Ramsey County will reimburse the City of Arden Hills an estimated <br />$100,000 upon presentation of billings from the construction contractor for <br />reconstruction of this segment of Stowe Avenue; <br /> <br />5.
