<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE 1996 BUDGET ESTIMATE FROM THE RAMSEY <br />COUNTY SHERIFF FOR 1996 LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills is a party to an renewable Law Enforcement Services <br />Agreement with Ramsey County; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Part IV of said agreement specifies communication requirements by the City to <br />the County to evidence intent to review the budget estimates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County has provided the City with a budget estimate of delivering 1996 <br />law enforcement services of$520,485.77; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills has adopted the 1996 budget including police protection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the City of Arden Hills <br />accept the 1996 budget estimate provided by the County to provide 1996 contract law <br />enforcement services. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 11 TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1995. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
