<br />. <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />1450 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br />ARDEN HILLS, MN 55112-5794 <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills wishes to recognize the efforts and accomplishments <br />of its Mayor, Thomas R. Sather, upon his retirement from the position of <br />Mayor; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas R. Sather has volunteered his work and efforts on the City's Parks <br />Committee from January 1979 to December 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Thomas R. Sather has shown further commitment to the City in serving as a <br />Councilmember from January 1985 to December 1988; and <br /> <br />~ WHEREAS, Thomas R. Sather's additional leadership and desire to serve the community <br />has been exhibited through his further role as Mayor from January 1989 to <br />July 1994. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />Minnesota hereby wishes Mayor Thomas R. Sather the best in his new endeavors and <br />thanks him for his dedication to the ongoing improvement of the quality of life in the City of <br />Arden Hills. <br /> <br />BE IT HEREBY PROCLAIMED THIS 27th DAY OF JUNE 1994. <br /> <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Dale R.
