<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE 1999 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT <br />UTILITY DITCH CLEANING PROJECT <br />(McCLUNG DRIVE/COLLEEN AVENUE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined the McClung Drive/Colleen Avenue is necessary and cost <br />effective; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had authorized the City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications <br />and advertise for bids for this improvement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for said project, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law; and the attached bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Interim City Administrator are authorized to enter into a contract with <br />Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota for the 1999 Surface Water Management <br />Utility Ditch Cleaning Project (McClung Drive/Colleen Avenue Drainage <br />Improvements). <br /> <br />2.
