<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-27a <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT IN THE MATTER OF THE <br />1999 ARDEN MANOR PARK IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has determined the Arden Manor Park grading and drainage <br />improvements are necessary and cost effective; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council had authorized the City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications <br />and advertise for bids for those improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for said project, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law; and the attached bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br />bidder. <br /> <br />. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, that: <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and Interim City Administrator are authorized to enter into a contract with <br />Nadeau Utility, Inc. of Rogers, Minnesota for the 1999 Arden Manor Park <br />Improvements. <br /> <br />4.
