Formal resolution to the cost participation between Arden Hills and Ramsey <br />County for land acquisition and construction of the new Round Lake <br />Road/Highway 96 connection; <br /> <br />6. Relocation ofthe pedestrian walkwayltrail currently proposed on the south side of <br />Highway 96; <br /> <br />7. Determination ofthe cost participation on the I-35W and Highway 10 bridges <br />between MnDOT, Ramsey County and local municipalities; <br /> <br />8. Ramsey County coordinating a meeting with the City of New Brighton, City of <br />Arden Hills, Ramsey County and MnDOT to review the plan; and <br /> <br />9. Development of a new schedule for the Project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />That the preliminary plan for reconstruction of the that portion of Highway 96 between <br />Old Highway 8 and Highway 10 is hereby approved, subject to Ramsey County's further <br />consideration of the items identified above. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 8TH DAY OF JUNE, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />llR!1\N~~ADMINISTRATOR <br />
